There should be more people like you! It hardly seems possible we had been in 9523 one week yesterday. As you can imagine, unpacking is moving rapidly. We were concerned that our house, would be tough to sell because we listed it in November, not typically a prime selling time. JoAnne made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps with our listing, like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs were taken, having an aerial view done on our home and her Social Media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.

When we saw our listing we were blown away! Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off – our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.

Our house went under contract 3 weeks after we put it on the market at the full asking price. We accepted and JoAnne walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. But then, the Buyer back out! (Backing out of a real estate transaction is not as uncommon as you might think). So it went back on the market and we accepted another offer shortly after that, only for that one to fall through. Both offers fell through for personal reasons. Then finally we accepted our third and final offer and we closed on the sale today. (5 months in total our house was on the market)

Brandon helped us sell our house (technically twice given our first buyers pulled out because we needed extra time to find the right house for our family) and he helped us find the house we eventually bought. Through it all Brandon was amazing!

Brandon went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Brandon not only did his job to the fullest extent, there were times in which he stepped in to fulfill the responsibilities of the buyers agent (who in my opinion fell short). Brandon gave 200% to get us to close in a timely manner when the buyers bank was falling behind and really made it all happen for us.  Never once did we feel like Brandon was “just trying to make a sale”, he really had our family’s best interest in his heart and mind. We have an 18 month old son and Brandon knew it was so important for us to find the right fit not just for us, but for our little guy as well. Real estate is stressful for clients, especially ones as high strung, neurotic and anxiety ridden as I admittedly am–Brandon dealt with every question, concern, and fear I had with such class–and he even acted as my therapist on more than one occasion I will admit! I don’t know many people out there in real estate, or otherwise, that would treat me with such care, patience, and understanding. I could tell as we got to know Brandon this wasn’t just a job for him. He cared about our family and our best interest. We had some very unfortunate circumstances plague our family while we were buying and selling, circumstances that we had to make Brandon aware of because he saw him so often–nothing in your schooling or training teaches you the humility and empathy that Brandon had for our family’s situation. My husband and I always say “Brandon is the best!” and its so true. Brandon became like family to us–he was the little brother I never had and I truly miss bothering him everyday. We were so incredibly happy to close on our new house and start this amazing new chapter but we were also sad that it meant we weren’t going to work with Brandon anymore. 

I am sure you hear how wonderful Brandon is from his many clients but I really thought it was important to pass along the incredibly positive experience we had with him over the last roughly ten months.
